How projects work (Overview)

Step 1

Discovery & scoping

We start with discovery to understand requirements, constraints, dependencies, and success criteria. Scope, timeline, and service tier are determined here.

Step 2

Proposal & agreement

You receive a clear Statement of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, milestones, pricing, and payment terms. Work begins after approval and the required upfront payment is received.

Step 3

Implementation

Work is performed during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed. Progress follows the agreed scope and milestones.

Step 4

Change management

If requirements change or new work is requested, we issue a Change Authorization so scope, cost, and timeline are approved before additional work begins.

Step 5

Completion & handover

Deliverables are reviewed and handed over. Documentation and knowledge transfer are provided as defined in the SOW.

Step 6

Day 0 support

A limited Day 0 support window is included after implementation for issues related to the delivered scope. Ongoing support is available under a separate agreement.
