In most cases, we can scope and plan remotely. A site survey is only required when wiring, layout, environment, or integration details can’t be clearly described or validated remotely.
Site Survey Flat Rate: $150-$300

Controller Onboarding
Every deployment starts with a centralized, local-first automation controller (hardware included). Additional hubs/controllers can be integrated into this main system.

Integration
Installation and integration of a wide range of smart devices into the centralized automation platform. Each device is securely paired, validated, and integrated into the overall automation system to ensure consistent behavior, reliability, and future expandability.
